Online therapy for teens & women in Florida, Illinois, and Texas
Online therapy for women navigating trauma, eating disorders, and borderline personality disorder.
Everything looks ‘fine,’ but inside it feels overwhelming and disconnected.
Do you struggle with people-pleasing, low self-worth, or painful relationships that leave you feeling like you’ve lost yourself? Maybe you grew up in a family that looked “fine” on the outside but left you with invisible scars of trauma. You might find yourself replaying old patterns—turning to food, restriction, or overexercise to cope, feeling guilty when you try to set boundaries, or wondering why you keep choosing partners who don’t treat you well. If you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together while doubting yourself inside, therapy can help you finally break free.
-
No matter how much time passes, the past still finds its way in. A smell, a sound, or a look can pull you right back into moments you wish you could forget. You’ve tried to move on, but your body and mind keep replaying the pain — leaving you anxious, hyperaware, or ashamed. It’s exhausting to live like your past is still running the show.
-
You think about food and your body more than you want to admit. Maybe you restrict, binge, overexercise, or feel guilty every time you eat. Even when you’re not “doing the behaviors,” the mental fight never stops. It feels like your worth is tied to what you eat, what you weigh, or how much control you have — and it’s stealing your energy, confidence, and peace.
-
You crave closeness but fear being abandoned. You give too much, or end up in the same arguments again and again. Sometimes you feel “too much,” other times like you’re not enough at all. The cycle of hope and disappointment leaves you questioning yourself and wondering if you’ll ever find a relationship where you feel truly seen and valued.
I’m Zoe!
I believe therapy should feel real, supportive, and actually help you change your life.
Therapy with me is real, structured, and focused on lasting change. I’ll meet you exactly where you are — even if you’re scared to talk about what’s really going on, even if you’ve never told anyone before, or even if you haven’t brushed your teeth or changed your clothes in days. You don’t need to “fix yourself up” to come to therapy.
At the same time, therapy with me isn’t passive. I’ll validate your struggles while also giving you practical tools, honest feedback, and the push you need to start making changes. That means showing up regularly — often weekly or even twice a week at first — and practicing skills between sessions so you can build momentum.
I specialize in working with teens and women who feel “too much” yet never enough. With DBT, I’ll help you manage emotions and strengthen relationships. With EMDR, we’ll process trauma and painful memories that keep replaying. And with Schema Therapy and RO-DBT, we’ll work on the deeper beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck, so you can finally feel calmer, more confident, and more connected.
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about showing up as you are (however that might look right now), doing the work together, and building changes that actually last.
How I can help
I specialize in real, lasting change — not just quick fixes.

Living with trauma can feel like you’re stuck on replay — memories, emotions, or body reactions that won’t let you move forward. You may find yourself avoiding reminders, feeling on edge, or carrying shame that doesn’t belong to you.
In therapy, I use EMDR to help process painful memories and DBT to give you tools to manage overwhelming emotions in the present. We’ll work together to understand how past experiences still affect you today, and gradually untangle those patterns so you can feel safer, calmer, and more in control of your life. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting — it means being free to live without your past running the show.

Struggles with food and body image often run deeper than “just eating.” Maybe you find yourself stuck in cycles of restricting, binging, or over-exercising — or constantly battling the voice that tells you you’re not enough. These patterns can feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting.
In therapy, we’ll work on both the why and the how — uncovering the root causes while building skills to change the daily patterns. I integrate DBT (to manage emotions and reduce urges), Schema Therapy (to address the deeper beliefs about worth and identity), and EMDR (to process the experiences that shaped your relationship with food and your body). Together, we’ll work toward freedom from the constant mental battle and help you create a more peaceful relationship with yourself.

You may feel stuck in the same relationship patterns — giving too much, fearing abandonment, or finding yourself in cycles of conflict that leave you drained. Even when you want closeness, it can feel hard to trust, set boundaries, or believe you deserve healthy love.
In therapy, we’ll explore the roots of these patterns while building tools to create the kind of connections you want. I use DBT (to strengthen communication and boundaries), Schema Therapy (to uncover the beliefs that keep you repeating old dynamics), and EMDR (to process past hurts that still shape how you relate today). Together, we’ll work toward relationships where you feel respected, supported, and understood — starting with the one you build with yourself.
How it works
I know taking the first step isn’t easy, so I keep the process straightforward and stress-free.
