I personally specialize in working with teens (14+) and adult women of all ages who may be navigating stress, self-criticism, trauma, eating concerns, or relationship patterns that feel hard to change.
However, I have interns that specialize in children, families, older adults, etc. Feel free to look at their about me pages to see if another clinician might be a match!

No — We provide therapy fully online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. This allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home, without the hassle of commuting. Simple Practice will automatically send you a text message or email with your unique telehealth link prior to each session.

I currently see clients on weekdays during the day, with some afternoon availability. My schedule may shift slightly from month to month, so the best way to see what’s open is to check my online booking link. At this time, I do not offer evening appointments after 6 PM or weekend sessions.
However, if you are in need of evening or weekend sessions you may consider working with one of my registered or student interns, as they have evening and weekend availability.

My fee structure is designed to be transparent and consistent. The initial appointment with me is $150 and includes a comprehensive intake session to better understand your concerns and develop an appropriate treatment plan. Ongoing therapy sessions with me are $125. I do take many insurances, please see that FAQ section for details.
At this time, I do not offer sliding scale fees in order to maintain fairness and consistency for all clients. I do offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so we can briefly discuss your needs and determine whether we are a good fit before scheduling.
If you are seeking a reduced rate, working with a student intern or registered intern may be a better fit while still offering closely supervised, high-quality care.
Therapy with a post-graduate registered intern is offered at a reduced rate of $75 per session. Registered interns have completed their graduate training and work under ongoing supervision while gaining required hours toward independent licensure. Registered interns can take Aetna and Cigna insurance plans.
Therapy with a student intern is available at a further reduced rate of $30 per session. Student interns are graduate-level clinicians completing their clinical training under close supervision. Student interns are unable to take any insurance plans.

What Is It Like Working With a Student Intern?
Working with a student intern means receiving care from a graduate-level clinician who is completing their clinical training under close supervision. Student interns are thoughtful, engaged, and often bring a high level of presence and care to sessions as they continue developing their clinical skills. Your therapist meets regularly with a licensed supervisor (Zoe Skowronski, LCSW) to review cases, ensure ethical practice, and support high-quality care. Many clients appreciate the collaborative nature of this model, as well as the very reduced session fee, while still receiving attentive, supportive therapy. What Is It Like Working With a Registered Intern?
Registered interns are post-graduate clinicians who have completed their academic training and are gaining required supervised hours toward independent licensure. They typically have more clinical experience and work with greater autonomy, while still receiving structured supervision from a licensed clinician (Zoe Skowronski, LCSW). This level of care offers a balance of experience and ongoing consultation, making it a strong option for clients seeking evidence-based, thoughtful therapy at a lower cost than fully licensed providers. Registered interns can also accept Aetna and Cigna insurance. -
I require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a $75 late cancellation fee will apply. If you do not show up for your appointment at all, you will be charged the full session rate of $125. This policy helps ensure fairness for all clients and protects my time.

Therapy works best when it’s consistent. Most clients begin by meeting twice a week or weekly to build momentum and create real change. Over time, as you feel more grounded in the work, we may shift to once a week and eventually taper sessions. The overall length of therapy really depends on your goals — some clients work with me for several months, while others stay longer-term for deeper growth and ongoing support. We’ll talk together about what feels right for you.
-
The first session is a combination of getting to know you and starting the therapeutic process. We’ll spend time discussing your background, current concerns, and goals, which will lay the foundation for our work together. While we will not jump straight into deep therapeutic work, we will begin to explore the issues that are most important to you. By the end of the session, we will have a clearer idea of how to move forward in a way that best supports your needs.

If you are experiencing an emergency or mental health crisis between sessions, it's important to reach out to appropriate resources for immediate support. I am not available for emergency or 24/7 crisis care, but here are some options you can consider:
988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline – You can text or call 988 for immediate support from a trained crisis counselor available 24/7.
Local Emergency Services – If you're in immediate danger, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Crisis Text Line – Text HELLO to 741741 to connect with a crisis counselor via text, available 24/7.
National Domestic Violence Hotline – If you or someone you know is experiencing abuse, you can call 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788 for support.
Local Hotlines – Many communities have local crisis hotlines that can offer immediate help. I can provide specific resources in your area if needed.
Please reach out to these resources if you're in need of urgent assistance. If you're experiencing ongoing struggles and need additional support, we can discuss a plan to provide more consistent care.

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is private and protected by law. The only exceptions are rare situations where I’m legally required to act — such as risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse/neglect, or a court order.
I won’t share information with other providers unless you give written consent. If you’d like me to coordinate care with your doctor or another professional, I’ll only share what you approve.
-
No — as a therapist, I do not prescribe. If you’re interested in exploring medication, I can coordinate care with your primary care provider or refer you to a psychiatrist.
