I currently see clients on weekdays during the day, with some afternoon availability. My schedule may shift slightly from month to month, so the best way to see what’s open is to check my online booking link. At this time, I do not offer evening appointments after 6 PM or weekend sessions.
However, if you are in need of evening or weekend sessions you may consider working with one of my student interns, as they have evening and weekend availability.

The initial appointment with me is $150 and includes a comprehensive intake session to better understand your concerns and develop an appropriate treatment plan. Ongoing therapy sessions with me are $125. I do take many insurances, please see that FAQ section for details.

Working with a student intern means receiving care from a graduate-level clinician who is completing their clinical schooling and training under close supervision. Student interns are thoughtful, engaged, and often bring a high level of presence and care to sessions as they continue developing their clinical skills. Your therapist meets regularly with a licensed supervisor (Zoe Skowronski, LCSW) to review cases, ensure ethical practice, and support high-quality care. Many clients appreciate the collaborative nature of this model, as well as the very reduced session fee, while still receiving attentive, supportive therapy.

Therapy works best when it’s consistent. Most clients begin by meeting twice a week or weekly to build momentum and create real change. Over time, as you feel more grounded in the work, we may shift to once a week and eventually taper sessions. The overall length of therapy really depends on your goals — some clients work with me for several months, while others stay longer-term for deeper growth and ongoing support. We’ll talk together about what feels right for you.
-
The first session is a combination of getting to know you and starting the therapeutic process. We’ll spend time discussing your background, current concerns, and goals, which will lay the foundation for our work together. While we will not jump straight into deep therapeutic work, we will begin to explore the issues that are most important to you. By the end of the session, we will have a clearer idea of how to move forward in a way that best supports your needs.

I won’t share information with other providers unless you give written consent. If you’d like me to coordinate care with your doctor or another professional, I’ll only share what you approve.
