This is a space where you can be honest and supported.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker based out of St. Petersburg, Florida. I specialize in working with teens and young women navigating trauma, eating disorders, and borderline personality disorder. I hold certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your patterns, heal from old wounds, and build a stronger sense of self. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, honest, supportive space where you don’t have to perform. You can just be real. I offer virtual services throughout Colorado, Florida, Illinois, and Texas.

please Hear me when I say:

It makes sense you feel the way you do — and together we can find ways to change what’s not working.

The truth is, your reactions and coping strategies developed for a reason. Maybe shutting down, people-pleasing, emotional outbursts, overcontrol, or controlling food once helped you survive. At some point, those strategies made sense. Over time, though, the same patterns can start creating more pain than protection.

Therapy is where we untangle those habits with compassion (not judgment) and begin practicing new ways of coping that actually support the life you want. Using structured, evidence-based approaches like DBT, RO-DBT, and Schema Therapy, we balance acceptance with real change. DBT helps you regulate intense emotions and respond differently in the moment. RO-DBT targets rigidity, perfectionism, and emotional inhibition when overcontrol is the driver. Schema Therapy addresses the deeper core beliefs and attachment patterns fueling the cycle. The goal is for you to feel more grounded, more connected, and more in control — not just temporarily, but sustainably.

Two things can be true at once: you can accept yourself as you are, and still want to change.

That’s really the heart of my approach. I’ll listen and support you, but I’ll also be honest and push you to make the changes you’re looking for.

In our sessions, you’ll learn real skills to handle big emotions, improve your relationships, and break patterns that keep pulling you back. We’ll also take a closer look at past experiences and the beliefs that still affect you today, so you can start practicing new ways of coping that actually work.

You didn’t cause everything you’re dealing with, but you do have the power to work through it. My role is to guide and encourage you. Your role is to show up as you are: open, honest, and willing to try. Together, we’ll sort through what’s been weighing you down and build tools you can start using right away.

Therapy with me is consistent and structured, even when it feels like just talking. That structure is what makes real change possible. I recommend my patients start with weekly sessions, and sometimes twice a week in the beginning, because it helps build momentum and relief. We’ll figure out a pace that feels realistic and helpful for you.

Therapy with me is…

  • No sugarcoating — just an honest and supportive space to show up as you are with absolutely zero judgement.

  • I’ll validate your struggles and create a space where you feel seen and understood. At the same time, I’ll encourage you to take steps that move you closer to the life you want.

  • Our sessions are active and focused. I’ll bring evidence-based tools like DBT, RO-DBT, Schema Therapy and more. You’ll bring a willingness to put the work in. That means practicing skills between sessions, reflecting on patterns, and showing up consistently so we can build momentum.

  • Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about long-term change. That’s why I emphasize regular attendance, often weekly or even twice a week at first, so you can stay accountable and see results that last.
